I do my fair share of foodgawking and blog stalking throughout the week.  Since I started blogging, I’ve been keeping a list of everything I want to make and thought it would be a good idea to share my favorites with all of you.  I will be posting “Erin’s Favorite Finds” every Sunday.   I hope you enjoy these ideas as much as me.

I just noticed that this week’s highlights happen to be on the sweet side… not unusual for me to be attracted to the desserts!

1.  Sour Cherry-Pistachio Mousse Cakes from Berry Lovely

Sweet little desert with a cherry on top.  These are very elegant and a great way to use up those summer cherries.

2.  Nectarine Mascarpone Tart from The Faux Martha

Another elegant dessert using mini tart cups.  The layers of nectarines on top are gorgeous.  I’m sure they’re tasty too!

3.  Zucchini Pancakes from This Homemade Life…

Zucchini makes everything delicious.  I want to make these pancakes asap!  Actually I’m going to add these on my brunch menu for next weekend’s get together.

4.  Brown Sugar-Cinnamon Peach Pie from Pink Parsley

I’m still waiting for peaches to become available in Michigan.  As soon as they are I’m making this.

5.  Peach Vanilla Bean Jam from Annie’s Eats

Vanilla beans make everything better.  This peach jam looks heavenly!
