Cinnamon Streusel Bundt Cake {print recipe}
Cake
Yellow cake mix {18.25-ounces}*
1 small package instant vanilla pudding {1-ounce}
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups water
2 eggs
Streusel
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, room temperature or slightly cooled
Topping
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
*Duncan Hines cake mix is best.
For the cake, mix all the ingredients together and beat on medium-high for 2 minutes.
For the streusel, mix together the dry ingredients. Using a pastry blender, mix in the butter until well incorporated.
To assemble, pour half of the cake into a greased bundt pan coated with flour. Pour 2/3 of the streusel into the middle of the cake. Pour the rest of the cake into the bundt pan and top with remaining 1/3 of the streusel. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 to 50 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before flipping the cake onto a platter.
For the topping, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk. Once the cake has cooled slightly, drizzle it over the cake.
